We are really sorry if you receive the damaged product. But, if you wish to return or exchange a product, please do so within 7 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to your bank account.

We only ship via SiCepat. Other shipping methods can be found while buying from Online Marketplace.

SADA currently does not ship to destinations outside Indonesia. We apologize for any inconvenience.
